How to delete account in Lanton APP

1. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions:
(1) Within 7 days of applying for cancellation, the account has not created an order, and the order status payment is successful and completed;
(2) Voluntarily give up the assets and virtual rights and interests of the account in the Lanton cloud system (including but not limited to account balance, partner's benefits, points/coupons, change account, etc.) voluntarily, no auction deposit, no arrears;
(3) There are no unfinished orders and services in the account;
(4) There is no record of using the account to activate the store in Lanton Cloud Mall;
(5) There are no disputes in the account, including complaints or reports;
(6) The Lanton Cloud Payment account corresponding to the account has been cancelled, and all issues under the Lanton Cloud Payment account have been properly handled;
(7) The account has been released from the authorized login or binding relationship with other websites and other APPs.
2. Once the Lanton Cloud account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to the Lanton Cloud account before operation. Please keep the transaction vouchers, bills and other materials of the ordered goods and services, otherwise you may have to pay additional account and order inquiry fees, or you may not be able to enjoy after-sales service.
3. If your Lanton Cloud account is also the bound account name of the merchant store on the Lanton Cloud platform, you need to unbind it first.
4. During the period of Lanton Cloud account cancellation, if your Lanton Cloud account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by competent state agencies, etc., Lanton Cloud has the right to terminate this Lanton by itself. The cancellation of the cloud account does not require your consent.
5. If you cancel your Lanton Cloud account, you will no longer be able to use this Lanton Cloud account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information in your Lanton Cloud account and related to the account, including but not limited to:
(1) You will not be able to log in and use this Lanton Cloud account;
(2) The data and historical information of this Lanton Cloud account (including but not limited to user name, avatar, shopping records, attention information, etc.) will not be retrieved;
(3) All records of Lanton Cloud-related or other third-party services used by you through your Lanton Cloud account, authorized to log in or bound to your Lanton Cloud account will not be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in and use the aforementioned services, and the account balance, coupons, points, qualifications, orders, change accounts, partner benefits and other cards and coupons you have obtained will be deemed to be abandoned by you and will no longer be used. You understand and agree that Lanton Cloud cannot assist you to restore the aforementioned services. Before submitting the cancellation application, please be sure to understand other relevant account information that you need to unbind. For details, please contact our customer service.
6. The cancellation of this Lanton Cloud account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this Lanton Cloud account are exempted or reduced.
